How do I apply for residency?
Follow the “Apply Today” link above and fill out our short application form. There is a $45 fee to process your application. Expect to get a response within 5-7 business days.
Do you allow animals?
Yes! There is a spot on your tenant application to provide details on the animals you intend on bringing with you.
How long are your rental contracts?
We offer a variety of rental options from 1 year and up. If there is a specific time frame you are looking to rent for please indicate on your application as we are normally able to accommodate.
How much does a rental unit cost?
$1400 per month plus a security deposit of $1400. This is a flat fee.
What amenities do you offer?
Free high speed wifi, garbage pick up, and all appliances are provided.
Is utilities included?
No, utilities will be in your name.
